While the content is broadly applicable, special attention will be given to NIH-supported repositories and expectations under the NIH Data Management and Sharing Policy.

Learning Outcomes

  • Describe key features to consider when selecting a data repository
  • Locate appropriate repositories using directory tools such as re3data and NIH data sharing resources
  • Evaluate repository policies to determine alignment with your data management and sharing plan and funder requirements
